Deadline extended: OLC Innovate 2027 proposals are now due Tue Dec 8, 2026, 11:59pm ET (was Nov 10). Conference is virtual, Apr 20–22, 2027 (OLC + MERLOT). Acceptance notices Feb 3, 2027; presenters must register by Mar 9.

TLA fit: Track 2 (Emerging Tools and Digital Learning Technologies) lists learning analytics dashboards and adaptive learning platforms. "Digital Learning Leadership and Workforce Futures" is the other track worth a look for competency work. Workshops that offer a credential, badge, or certificate are encouraged.

Speaker EOI open: AITD National Conference 2027 (Australian Institute of Training and Development), Hotel Realm, Canberra, Apr 28–30, 2027. EOIs close Wed Nov 25, 2026. Theme is "Impact in the New Learning Landscape" (human edge, tech advantage, strategic influence).

Workplace L&D crowd, practitioner-heavy. Formats include case studies, concurrent talks, workshops, panels, lightning talks, and research/evidence sessions. You don't need to be an AITD member. No sales pitches (vendors go through sponsorship). TLA fit: a skills/competency-based or xAPI analytics case study with real results would land under "tech advantage" or "strategic influence".
