cmi5 specification (Quartz, 1st Edition)

cmi5 is the xAPI profile for launch, session, and registration between a learning management system and an assignable unit. It states conformance rules for the AU and the LMS, the launch parameters, and the statement and state rules that replace the old AICC/SCORM runtime for that use case. Current named release is Quartz, 1st Edition (June 2016). Full text is free.
